We want to remind our clients first and foremost that our business is alive and well during this pandemic.
In order to maintain a workforce, we are not allowing anybody inside of our workshop area until further notice
To pickup/dropoff, an appointment must be made (same day is fine). All interactions are strictly no-contact and there is no opportunity to audition, pay, be written up, etc during your short visit. All of those things are currently handled remotely. We beg you to please email us inquiries and update requests instead of calling us.
We are still offering outgoing rentals during this time. Please contact us by phone or email to book our synths! Our cartage guy is masked and gloved up.
We are still shipping out however if we run out of certain supplies (ribbon cable, etc) there may be small delays in shipment since our local suppliers are all closed. Please let us know if your order is urgent so we can coordinate.
January 2021 Repair Shop Schedule Update:
We are now accepting inquiries for new work to be scheduled throughout 2021
We are always accepting warranty work of course.
As of 2021, we are now utilizing an off-site queue for select jobs.
We estimate turn around times to be long until at least June.

Please don’t contact us if you’re in a rush or feel like you “can get it done somewhere else cheaper and faster”. We’re not for you.
Due to COVID, we cannot guarantee turn around times at this time due to local supplier closures.
Word of advice: Quite often customers email us saying the following: “Maybe I can get it done when you’re not too busy?” or “Let me know when you have some free time to get started and I’ll bring it by” and I find it important to remind prospective customers that the chances of either of those things happening in the near or distant future are slim to none. The sooner you start the process, the sooner your gear will be serviced. Historically, the longer you wait, the longer our wait times get. It’s that simple.
